Ingredients
½ Onion (julienned)
½ Yellow Pepper (julienned)
½ Red Pepper (julienned)
½ Green Pepper (julienned)
3 T Canola Oil
1 Bay Leaf
Directions
This one's super easy. After you've julienned your onion and peppers, set a small-to-medium stock pot on the stove over low to medium heat. Pour in your oil and throw in the bay leaf and your onion and peppers, and cook for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the onion and peppers are soft. This goes well with roasted chicken with andouille and shitake stuffing.
